We believe that trainee development is essential for the firm's organic growth. Our culture, values and people reflect the quality of work and client relationships we have.

We allocate all trainees a training supervisor who will be responsible for your day-to-day supervision. They will also provide support through coaching and monitoring. There is an active interest in encouraging career development so that trainees feel fully prepared in making the transition from trainee to newly qualified solicitor.

BLM is supported by a first rate continuing education programme and a highly professional and dedicated support team.

Your future

We recruit to retain. Many of our current partners trained at BLM and this is something that we are very proud of. As you approach the end of your training contract, our training principal will discuss your qualification preferences with you.
