Salaries and benefits

As a multi-site law firm, our trainee salaries reflect regional variations. Currently they are:

	Year 1	Year 2
Regional offices	£22,000	£23,000
London	£26,000	£27,000

Other benefits* include: contribution towards the costs of the LPC, 20 days' holiday per annum, private medical insurance, permanent health insurance, life assurance, accident insurance, group personal pension plan (with contributions by BLM), employee assistance programme and season ticket loan.
