• On 1st April 2009, Berrymans Lace Mawer converted to a Limited Liability Partnership. With effect from that date, the advice and services previously provided by the Partnership will be provided by Berrymans Lace Mawer LLP. 
• Berrymans Lace Mawer LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership registered in England and Wales under number OC340981 which is regulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority and accredited to quality standards ISO 9001 and Lexcel. 
• The registered office is at King’s House, 42 King Street West, Manchester M3 2NU, where a list of members is available for inspection.
• Berrymans Lace Mawer LLP intends to take advantage of the Legal Services Act 2007 and include within its members “non-lawyers”. In common with other legal practices, the reference to an individual being a “partner” means a member of Berrymans Lace Mawer LLP or an employee or consultant of Berrymans Lace Mawer LLP with an equivalent status.
