Position overview:
Duties will include meeting and greeting visitors, booking meeting rooms and other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Experience:
Applicants must have previous receptionist experience, ideally in a law firm or other professional services organisation.

Excellent communication and organisation skills
Highly IT literate

Competencies:
Displays a professional and positive manner at all times when dealing with clients, visitors and colleagues.
