Position overview
This position is for a 3 year PQE defendant clinical negligence solicitor who will ideally have inquest experience.

• Preferably Clinical negligence

Abilities
• Relevant Legal Qualifications • Admission (or no bar to admission) to Law Society • Sound technical skills • Potential to manage own active caseload • IT literate • Verbal and numerical reasoning skills • Analyse and evaluate information logically • Creative/imaginative, articulate and fluent • Good level of written skill • Attention to detail • Good planning skills • Appreciation of marketing skills • Presentation skills
