Experience: Deals with numerous failure to educate claims, school closures, bullying, abuse, and off-site accidents during trips and visits – from primary to university level, in both the public and private sector. Represents clients on admissions, exclusions, SEN panels and tribunals and on Ombudsman cases. Following a successful career as a headteacher, changed career qualifying as a solicitor in 2002 and joined BLM that year. Has brought a new dimension to BLM’s education team with his insight into the realities of the teaching profession. A frequent speaker on education issues and the wider remit of local authorities and has numerous published articles.
