Experience:
- As National Senior Partner his broad overview of the civil legal environment has crystallised in the formation of BLM’s Policy Development unit.
- Specialises in personal injury claims and latterly disease-related litigation.
- Assisted in the ‘Woolf’ Reforms of civil justice as part of the drafting group that formulated personal injury and disease & illness pre-action protocols.
- Advised the ABI on the drafting of the Mesothelioma Claims Handling Guidelines.
- Joined BLM in 1987, associate in 1989, partner in 1991 and National Senior Partner in 2006.
