Experienced in dealing with a wide range of commercial disputes, acting for insurers, contractors, Local Authorities, utility companies and commercial enterprises. Property-related claims handled include claims in negligence, nuisance and breach of contract, contractor’s liability, underground service damage, product liability, insurance recoveries, policy wording and fraud. Experienced in the use of ADR and is currently training to become a CEDR-approved mediator. Regularly produces articles and presents seminars on a range of subjects within areas of practice.
