- Experienced in dealing with a wide range of commercial disputes, acting for insurers, contractors, local authorities, utility companies and commercial enterprises.
- Property-related claims handled include claims in negligence, nuisance and breach of contract, contractor’s liability, underground service damage, product liability, insurance recoveries, policy wording and fraud.
- Experienced in the use of ADR and is currently training to become a CEDR-approved mediator.
- Regularly produces articles and presents seminars on a range of subjects within areas of practice.
