Experience: Acts for insurers and private clients in a broad range of contentious issues including product liability, insurance disputes, and professional negligence. Actions include claims in the Mercantile and Technology & Construction Courts through to resolution of disputes through mediation, adjudication or arbitration. Has defended and pursued recoveries involving complex disputes both in the UK and abroad. Recent successes have included defence of a major insurer for surveyors’ negligence in the High Court, and a court of appeal success for a major nuclear power company responding to a claim for breach of contract.
