Experience:
- Extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation specialising in high value motor, EL & PL personal injury litigation.
- Leading member of BLM's fraud unit covering a wide range of fraud issues. Regularly advises on policy indemnity issues and debt recovery matters.
- Also has experience in RTA and HSE prosecutions and coroner’s inquests.
- Spent 10 years in the Royal Air Force before joining the legal profession. Qualified as a barrister in 1997, re-qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and joined BLM Manchester in June 2002.
