- Specialist knowledge of the issues surrounding brain and spinal injuries, amputations, paraplegia, paralysis and psychiatric injury and particularly in relation to the funding, care and accommodation issues.
- Has handled high value and complex injury cases for major composite insurers, FTSE 100 companies and healthcare providers for the last 10 years including the Court of Appeal case of Price v Price [2003].
- Also has extensive experience in handling HSE/EHO investigations, prosecutions and inquests.
- Regular speaker on a broad range of topics relating to catastrophic claims including periodical payments, care costs, life expectancy and multipliers.
- Qualified in 1993 and made partner in 1998.
