Experience |
- Senior partner in the liability risk managed group advising insurance companies and large corporates on both contentious and non-contentious legal issues.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of insurance liability claims including employers' and public liability claims, motor claims, the resolution of multi jurisdictional disputes, inquiries, Coroners' Court proceedings, Health & Safety investigations and prosecutions.
- Involved in handling a number of major claims/catastrophes which have attracted national attention.
- Jonathan has taken a very active role working alongside corporate clients advising on regulatory issues, identifying compliance weaknesses and tailoring implementation solutions that are compatible with operational realities.
- Regular speaker at seminars and focused workshops aimed specifically at better understanding business risk and potential exposures.
