Acted for the successful applicant in Stretch vs UK (right to property) in the European Court of Human Rights. Appellate judgments in Walker vs London Economics (strike out), Langford vs Hebran and NTL (loss of chance), Charles vs NTL (Part 36) and Brown vs Drake International & Ors (Indemnities). Qualified 1994, joined BLM in 1995 and became a partner in 1999.
