- Acting primarily for insurers and their insured in a broad range of construction related disputes including professional negligence claims.
- Drafting agreements for construction projects and advising on non-contentious issues generally (particularly advising consultants on appointment issues).
- Advising on intellectual property issues for construction projects.
- Substantial experience in all aspects of construction litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
- Recent career highlights include successfully defending two appeals from arbitration awards in Trustees of Stern Settlement v Simon Levy, London and Amsterdam Properties Ltd v Waterman Partnership Limited, Royal Brompton Hospital case and LondonWaste Limited v AMEC Utilities Ltd.
