Experience |
- Initially from an insurance industry background with leading insurers and having a broad base of experience across underwriting (personal lines) but latterly heading a claims team dealing with public liability (PL), employers' liability (EL), motor and commercial claims. Also specialising in claims for the Motor Insurers' Bureau.
- Joined BLM in 1994 and deals exclusively with high value and complex PI litigation on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, major retailers and insurers.
- Supervises a large team of litigators/solicitors dealing with EL/PL and motor cases, including those for transport and construction companies.
