Experience: Leads a professional indemnity department of 30 covering claims in contract and negligence, fraud, regulatory or disciplinary matters and insurance coverage. Acts for professional clients and their insurers from the law, property and finance as well as media, IT, travel and social services. The education practice acts for universities and schools, both public and state sector in cases of student disputes, bullying, failure to educate, exclusion, discrimination and abuse. The department handles high profile disputes such as judicial review and race discrimination, e.g. Ahmed v Oxford University. Currently involved in the litigation brought against 600+ firms of solicitors following the demise of The Accident Group
