- Has a science background and having worked in the pharmaceutical industry is well placed to specialise in cases of complex medical causation.
- Qualified as a solicitor in 1997, joining BLM the same year and became a partner in 2000.
- Advises insurers on new and emerging disease issues for insurers such as DVT, passive smoking, EMF.
- Has developed a team that has trebled in size in the last five years.
- Writes regularly for legal publications and is the contact person for arranging training on all the major occupational diseases.
