- Clients include governing and regulatory bodies, local authorities, national charities, educational establishments and SMEs.
- Advises employers on all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment through to dismissal, including trade union issues.
- Recent instructions include advising on TUPE aspects of service provision change, Union facilities time, reorganisation and collective consultation and changing terms and conditions of employment.
- Acts on behalf of employers in all types of employment tribunal claims and in particular all forms of discrimination.
- Recent instructions include defending claims for discrimination on the grounds of race victimisation in recruitment, sex/pregnancy in redundancy, age on dismissal and sexual orientation from a teacher.
