Experience |
- Joined BLM in January 2006 with 10 years experience in policy development at the Association of British Insurers (ABI).
- Responsible at the ABI for work leading to the predictable costs and fixed success fee schemes.
- Role at BLM is to integrate policy intelligence and expertise as part of the firm's proposition to its principal clients and to support partners involved in government and professional working groups.
- Experienced in preparing submissions to government, in co-ordinating test litigation and in facilitating market-wide claims protocols.
- Represented BLM at the 2006 Civil Justice Council Costs Forum and has prepared responses on behalf of the firm to various consultations on reforms to civil procedure rules and practice.
