Experience |
- Stuart qualified as a solicitor in 2000 with a north west firm before joining Berrymans Lace Mawer in 2002. He was promoted to Associate in 2004 and Partner in 2006.
- Specialises in defending all types of claims against public authorities, insurers and major insureds. His caseload now mainly comprises of complex personal injury cases including fatal accidents, serious head injury, amputation and other claims of high financial value.
- Stuart also supervises a team handling mainly fast track motor claims for insurers.
- Also experience in dealing with fraudulent claims, RTA prosecutions and recovery claims.
- Has acted on behalf of police forces in handling Proceeds of Crime Act applications and hearings at the local Magistrates' courts.
