Experience |
- Over 25 years' experience in environmental civil actions, defendant insurance and professional and clinical negligence.
- Had conduct throughout the Corby Group Litigation for Corby Borough Council.
- Paula has also conducted negligence and nuisance cases, including cases involving significant harm to human health (brain damage, birth damage and all other levels of physical and psychiatric injuries, sometimes with complex causation issues) in bi-party and multi-party actions, as well as group litigation.
- She has experience of mediation, arbitration and negotiated settlements pre and post trials.
