- Qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and joined BLM in 2009.
- Acts for a number of major insurers, specialising in professional indemnity and product liability.
- Michael's professional indemnity work includes defending all forms of claims against professionals, in particular solicitors and accountants, claims involving mortgage fraud, and advising on coverage and policy disputes.
- Michael also specialises in dealing with a wide range of product liability disputes, including those with an injury element, those with an international dimension, recoveries from third parties, and policy issues.
