Experience |
- Admitted 1989, joined BLM in September 2005 and became a partner in April 2007.
- Specialises in defendant personal injury work and has handled a wide range of cases including serious brain injury cases, claims on behalf of trespassers, electrocution and burns, PTSD and level crossing fatality cases.
- Has experience in defending high value actions for insurers where issues of causation are complex and pleaded values are in excess of £250,000.
- Member of BLM transport group.
- Presents at transport workshops and has provided in-house training to clients on a variety of topics.
- Has a particular interest in the rail industry. Has acted for many rail industry parties and developed an expertise in dealing with claims for personal injury in the railway industry.
