Experience |
- Has an interest in occupational disease and employment law, with a particular specialisation in stress, harassment and discrimination claims.
- Regularly advises insurers on overlapping issues between the different jurisdictions and policy cover.
- Has achieved numerous trial wins and discontinuances in stress claims and represented the defendant’s in Majrowski v Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Trust which involved an appeal to the House of Lords but was subsequently discontinued by the claimant.
- Regularly writes for legal publications as well as BLM periodicals and has presented many seminars on occupational disease and employment issues.
- Qualified in December 1999, was made an associate in December 2005 and a partner in April 2007. Leads the team handling stress cases in London.
