- Graham joined BLM in January 2007 with more than 20 years experience as a Claims Management professional, originally entering the insurance market as a graduate trainee with Provincial Insurance.
- Graham's experience covers a wide range of disciplines, having worked with an insurance company, an international broker, a major motoring organisation, an accident management company, and a specialist claims management service provider.
- Through this experience, Graham has an excellent understanding of the requirements necessary to ensure the implementation of cost-effective, efficient, and quality assured claims handling programmes.
