We are litigation specialists; we made our name pursuing and defending cases involving all types of commercial litigation, traditionally for the insurance industry, but now increasingly for private commercial clients.

Our commercial litigation division is based on two centres of excellence in London and Manchester led by teams of experienced partners. The two teams are staffed with a combined total of 19 experienced solicitors who concentrate solely on commercial litigation cases.
