Local authorities
Local authorities' operations and responsibilities are many and varied, exposing them to a diversity of potential claims from injured employees, aggrieved school pupils and those formerly in council care, as well as claims relating to the maintenance of the streets, council-run facilities and land.
By their very nature, local authorities need local legal advisors. As a national firm with eight offices across the UK, we have broad experience of working with unitary authorities, city and county councils and large metropolitan district councils. Our geographical spread allows local representation with the background resource of a national firm.
