Abuse

Abuse is an emotive subject that seems to be ever-present in the news, whether it be bullying in schools or allegations surrounding care homes, workplace grievances or religious organisations. It can be of a physical, sexual or emotional nature.

We have a specialist division to handle abuse claims. We represent clients in local authorities, education authorities, the private sector of education, social services departments, private care providers and charitable and religious organisations. Each client faces different issues; our depth of experience and expertise enables us to manage a broad range of claims from children, young adults, adults, the elderly, those with mental and physical disabilities and employees.
