Abuse is an emotive subject that seems to be ever-present in the news, whether it be bullying in schools or allegations surrounding care homes, workplace grievances or religious organisations. It can be of a physical, sexual or emotional nature.

We have a specialist division to handle abuse claims. We represent clients in local authorities, education authorities, the private sector of education, social services departments, private care providers and charitable and religious organisations.
