09-04-2008
Berrymans Lace Mawer continues to expand its highly successful personal injury practice with the appointment of two new occupational disease partners Cenydd Edwards and Caroline Walton, who joined the firm’s Cardiff and Manchester offices respectively.
Cenydd and Caroline's appointments follow the lateral hires of occupational disease specialists Toby Scott and Roberta Pyle in 2007.
BLM’s National Senior Partner, Terry Renouf, is pleased to welcome Cenydd and Caroline to the firm:
"The occupational disease division has undergone a period of significant expansion across the country in the last 12 months. These latest appointments continue the development of the team and enable us to continue offering the best calibre of legal advice to our clients in this complex area of law.
The profiles of the new partners are:
Cenydd Edwards, Cardiff
Cenydd joins from the Cardiff office of Morgan Cole, where he was an associate. He has 18 years experience of industrial disease and high value EL/PL claims to include catastrophic injury, asbestos related claims, stress, asthma, HAVS, WRULD, cumulative lifting and other work related cancers.
Caroline Walton, Manchester
Caroline Walton joins from Halliwells where she was a partner working in the occupational disease and Employers Liability practice areas.
