Fraud experts comment on article for The Guardian

Berrymans Lace Mawer LLP partner Claire Laver and solicitor Carys Clarke commented on the rise of animal fraud in an article published on the front page on the Guardian on Saturday 19 November. Click here to read the full article.

The Guardian journalist picked up a recent article that Claire and Carys had co-authored with partner Claire Laver for Post Magazine and recent media coverage including an article in the Telegraph on Sunday 13 November. As a result of the article Claire has also been contacted by the managing director at Amlin suggesting that BLM fraud experts work more closely with them on this issue and she has since been instructed to advise on a fraudulent equine claim.

The team is also exploring how we can increase our profile of pet fraud experts with current clients of the firm.
