BLM Continues to Strengthen Personal Injury Practice

18-02-2008

Berrymans Lace Mawer continues the expansion of its personal injury practice with the appointment of partner Stuart Hardy to join the catastrophic injury division. Stuart joined BLM’s Manchester office from Halliwells on 5 February 2008.

Stuart’s appointment follows the lateral hires of three catastrophic injury specialists Roger Brooks, Andrew Kerr and Stephen Hazleton in 2007.

Stuart specialises in defending catastrophic claims of the utmost severity including amputation, brain injury and spinal injury arising from employer, public and RTA liabilities.

BLM’s Senior Partner in the Manchester office, Jonathan Clay, is pleased to welcome Stuart to the firm:

“Stuart’s appointment is another major achievement for the growth of the firm’s personal injury practice and a further step in consolidating our existing expertise in all aspects of catastrophic work in Manchester and nationally.”

Stuart Hardy said:

“I’m delighted to be joining Berrymans Lace Mawer and what is already a very successful and highly regarded catastrophic injury division. I am very much looking forward to complementing its practice and contributing to its growth and success.”
