Environmental issues and concerns remain at the top of national and international agendas. Finally we will conclude with a talk on investigating environmental crime. Our session will cover the regulators' powers to investigate any form of criminal breaches, how this evidence can be used in criminal trials and managing the risks for both companies and individuals.
