This workshop provides an opportunity to spend time with other professionals discussing current trends and legal developments and how we manage safety, risk and liability within our businesses.
Topics under discussion will include employing migrant workers from an employment and health & safety perspective, conflicts of interest, whistleblowing, gathering evidence for a PACE interview and a review of road traffic legislation.
