The UK public transportation system provides an integral network for linking people and business.  It is an industry employing large numbers of people in a variety of occupations. It is forever changing, with demand for business and recreational travel increasing annually.

The increasing number of passengers travelling by bus, coach, rail and air has inevitably led to an increase in personal inury claims.

This seminar will comprise of general interest sessions including an essential liability update, a psychological update, HR issues including employing migrant workers, guidance on quantification of claims, requirements for seat / lap belts on buses and coaches, practical difficulties in investigating road accidents in other jurisdictions, costs and premature issue and the Ministry of Justice reform proposals.

This year we are pleased to be able to offer a 20% early bird discount on the cost of attending, which we have extended to all bookings received by 30 April 2008.
