What does a PACE interview entail? Could your approach to the interview lead to serious consequences for the company and individuals within it? Are you aware of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007?
Using a case study involving a fatal accident at a manufacturing plant, this workshop will explore what a PACE interview entails, what can happen when you are not prepared for such an interview, risk assessment, what conflicts might arise and how they should be addressed, the likely offences and potential penalties and the impact of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007.
