BLM has expanded its legal services to include claims arising from policyholders with legal expenses insurance (LEI) policies. To avoid any conflicts of interest, we handle this work through Connexion Partnership which is run entirely separately. Given BLM’s stature in the industry, our defendant clients are happy for Connexion Partnership to handle this type of work knowing that we are sympathetic to the insurance industry as a whole. Almost all our work is referred from insurance organisations though we do take on cases from individual claimants.
